Marker
Every property is a point at its real coordinates, colour-coded by type.
A spatial system for managing and searching real-estate listings, built specifically for the Hoa Lac area. Every property is a marker — glance at it in a popup, open the full page, search and filter right on the map.
Not a listings website. This replaces the spreadsheet and the group chat — the map itself is the management interface.
Simulated interface — sample data
Hoa Lac agents currently keep their listings in spreadsheets, Zalo and group chats. The cost lands on the one thing that matters most: time spent with the client.
The inventory is split across several files, several chats and several machines.
The same plot shows up on several sheets with figures that disagree.
Filtering a spreadsheet against a client’s brief is slow and easy to get wrong.
The coordinates live in the seller’s head, not in the data.
A row from a spreadsheet does not answer "so where is it?".
With no shared source of truth, staying in sync is almost entirely manual.
Every property appears at its real position. The map is not a side feature — it is the main working screen.
The users run a business; they are not technical. Every action has to be faster than opening a spreadsheet.
Every property is a point at its real coordinates, colour-coded by type.
Tap a marker for the unit code, area, price and status at a glance.
Open the complete record: details, photos and notes.
Filter against the client’s brief on the map; results narrow instantly.
No building a later phase’s features while the current one is unfinished.
Goal: prove the idea works.
Goal: daily use inside the company.
Goal: prove it pays off.
Goal: grow into an ecosystem.
Goal: the deepest property-data platform for Hoa Lac.
Grow deeper rather than wider.
No attempt to build a property platform for the whole of Vietnam. Every bit of effort goes into being the best data platform for Hoa Lac alone.
Common, maintainable choices with enough headroom to grow into multi-company.
The project is at Proof of Concept and still moving. Happy to demo it and to hear what you think.
